Our aim is to be different. We are not one of the large consulting houses, although that has been our origin. We feel that our true value lies in our technical depth and our ability to deliver value in a timely focused manner. We are small enough to be agile, however, we have the experience and reach to know the right expertise for any engagement.
EA-Optimised was founded in 2011 by Iain Cox, to provide in-depth Enterprise and Solutions Architecture. During the intervening years, we have worked on many Digital Transformations, Mobile and Green-Field projects.
Engaging across a wide section of industry, we primarily focus on Banking, FinTech, Startups and the Public Sector. Throughout this journey, two things have become clear; firstly, increasingly, businesses are moving to “The Cloud”. Secondly, Security is rightly the single issue that today concerns business owners and directors above all other.
Consequently, since 2015, EA-Optimised has specialised in Cloud Migration and Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Cyber-Security, working with organisations such as Gartner, HSBC, One Family Mutual, The Home Office and Welsh Government.
Our engagements can be anything from an IAM “Go Live Readiness Assessment”, lasting a day or two, to a complete bespoke Enterprise/ Cloud and Security Architecture lasting 18 months or more. Many of our engagements are global in nature whilst others simply focus on delivering value directly to the C-Suite.
Today, EA-Optimised is partnered with Cydef, Ping Identity, ForgeRock and Callsign to delver the very best IAM and Cloud experience. Personally, Iain is a holder of the CISSP cyber certification and our team are all experienced experts in their field.
